The Women’s Leadership Institute (WLI) seeks to educate, encourage and embolden Christian women for exemplary leadership.
Our Vision
WLI’s vision is to be a growing community of confident and competent Christian women leaders who serve and lead wherever God has placed them and who confront relevant issues with courage, truth, and love. In other words, to be women who shine brightly in the dark and encourage others to join in.
Growing Together: Let Your Mentoring Skills Take Shape is a 3-part intergenerational mentoring workshop designed by the Women’s Leadership Institute (WLI) as resource material to help reframe mentoring for congregational settings.
Join WLI in prayer as we navigate a period of transition. We thank God for our board members, those who have finished their terms and those who have just begun. We ask God for his guidance in our search for a new director and thank him for his provision through our interim director. We ask for his wisdom as we reflect on our history while looking forward to the possibilities of what WLI can achieve in the future.
