A Tribute to a Faithful Servant

The Women’s Leadership Institute lost a dear friend and servant-hearted leader just a short while ago. Tara Lynn Kuhl former Women’s Leadership Institute (WLI) board member and current WLI program and events work team member was called home on Wednesday July 11th, 2018. She was the beloved wife of Jonathan and loving mother to her precious children, Beau, age 12 and Mia, age 9.

She was passionate about her work on the Women’s Leadership Board and served from May 2015-May 2018 first as a Communications/Marketing member and then as the chair of that committee. Tara was instrumental in helping with our new brand and logo design and played a significant role on our National Conference Planning Team in 2017. On the Planning team, she served by putting together the marketing calendar, email reminders, and laying out the content for the promotional materials. Currently, Tara served on our program and events team and helped put together the WLI newsletters.

But what we will miss most about Tara was the heart she put into every project, her care for the people she served, and the attention to detail that was present in her work. She was not just a faithful servant leader, but a friend to many. WLI will dearly miss her and we ask all of our friends to lift up her family in prayer at this time. We are comforted by the knowledge that our loving Savior now has Tara in his arms and that he promises to look after her loved ones while they wait to be reunited in heaven.

Memorial donations in memory of Tara may be made in lieu of flowers to support her children’s college education fund or any of the following charities:
