Linda lives in Woodridge, Illinois with her husband. Their family includes three adult children, four grandchildren, and two dogs. She completed a BS in nursing at Lewis University and Master of Science in nursing education at Northern Illinois University. In addition, she completed the Parish Nurse Distance Learning program and Lay Minister certificate at Concordia University Wisconsin. Linda is employed by Lewis University in the College of Nursing and Health Professions in Romeoville, Illinois. As a full time faculty member, she prepares nursing students for their career as a professional nurse. She especially enjoys expanding their understanding of their role in meeting the needs of the under-served through service learning opportunities.
With a busy schedule, Linda intentionally builds in time for the things she enjoys. These activities include spending time in the Word, and with her husband, children, and grandchildren, cooking and baking, and riding her Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Volunteering is a way of life for Linda. She has used her leadership skills in LWML on several levels, most recently as the VP for Communication. Linda is currently serving as the Chairman of the LWML BOD Structure Task Force. She sees a tremendous opportunity in communication technology to share the love of Jesus in ways that would have been unimaginable to our grandparents. Linda also serves on the WLI Board of Directors as the Vice-Chair.
