Beckie Kruse
Beckie has over a decade of professional experience with college students, working effectively with the younger generations, especially Millennials and Gen Zs. She has been married to a pastor for over 26 years and before that was the daughter of a pastor. She understands church dynamics, having been part of both large and small churches over the years.

I live in South Wisconsin and am willing to travel anywhere.
Tiffany Rydwelski
Tiffany finds joy in helping to develop the strengths of others and empowering them to be an even better version of themselves. She works in the nuclear power industry specializing in talent management and culture initiatives. She has a master’s degree in organizational and leadership development with over 20 years of experience serving people through human resources, training, and leadership development initiatives. Faith, family, and stewardship are a few of her core values. She is married to her husband Joe and has 3 daughters. She is energized by people and enjoys serving through volunteer hours including her involvement with the Lutheran Women’s Missionary League both at her church and at the district level.

Jill Jones
Teaching is Jill’s background, she spent over thirty years teaching mostly adolescents, but also has taught adult leadership workshops thorough the LWML. She loves working with people of all ages and forming mentoring relationships. Jill has been married to her college sweetheart for the past 32 years and together they have three adult daughters and 2 grandchildren. Jill looks forward to working with people of all ages to help show how important building connections with people is and sharing the love of Christ through mentoring others.

Darcy Paape
Darcy has 25 years of experience working with emerging young adult leaders in high school, church, and university settings. She is passionate about creating programming that is practical, interactive, and cross-generational and using it to support emerging leaders in the church and workplace. She has served as a teacher, D.C.E. in church and campus ministry settings, and Director of the Women’s Leadership Institute (WLI). Darcy was an instrumental part of the launch of the Growing Together Mentoring program through WLI. She is also an author of Someone to Walk With: A Woman’s Guide to Christian Mentoring. Currently, she is the Director of Youth and Discipleship at First Immanuel Lutheran in Cedarburg, WI.
